We do our best to have all packages shipped out of Knot Knot in 1 business day of your purchase with payment processing successfully.
Our priority is to ensure the packages will be arrived on time with no delays but in some occasions a package can get lost in the mail, or delayed, especially during festive season. Do contact us if you do not receive your package within 5 days after the delivery notice.
Also, please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim with the transport company. If your package has been delayed and you do not have the package when expected, please contact us and we will help to file the claim when necessary.
Be aware that we are not responsible for lost, held, damaged packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier.
Return
Please take note that all products sold are not refundable however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange the product for another one up to 14 days from the date you purchased it as long as the product you return is in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fees incurred to send back to us. Once the item is received, we will ship at no extra cost the products for the exchange.
